1) Relational Discipleship (Matthew 28):

Go into our communities with a long-term vision to grow and develop deep meaningful relationships, with a vision to impact people spiritually, emotionally and mentally.

2) Youth Outreach:

Hispanic adults on average attend Spanish speaking churches, these tend to be small, with unequipped facilities. After children enter adolescence, they prefer to speak English. Because of this they stop attending church with their parents. The problem lies wherein, these teenagers will also not attend English speaking churches (mostly anglo ones) either. Leaving them unchurched and at the mercy of the “world”.

We will intentionally seek and target these young adults with dynamic and exciting facilities; with games, activities, music and fun.

We will invite churches to partner with us in this effort to encourage social integration and providing options for a future church home for them.

3) Biblically Based Counseling:

These families are under tremendous stress; poverty, immigrations status, fears, job insecurities, ignorance of our laws and customs, and other variables keep them under constant anxiety.

Because of this, divorce, abandonment, domestic violence and child neglect are escalating rampantly.

Our counselors will provide direction, leadership and hope.

4) Mentor Programs:

Urban adolescents and young adults lack role models. Although they fantasize about being professional athletes, music stars or actors, we know these paths are unlikely.

We encourage a one-to-one adult-youth relationship that will affect them positively.

5) Partnering: youth-to-youth relationships

Segregation and racism is inevitable in this fallen world. Fear of the unknown, and lack of cultural understanding separate us, creating tension that leads to a social disconnect. This breeds pride in the upper classes and resentment in the poverty stricken.

The by-product of this inevitably leads to violence and gang activity.

We have evidence that if we integrate young adults early, the social benefits are exponential on all ethnic groups.

6) Tutoring:

Children of immigrant families lack the basic building blocks of our educational system. In addition, most of their parents cannot help with their homework and schoolwork due to language and or educational limitations.

By enlisting adults, we will give these eager children a fair chance to take advantage of educational opportunities in this country.

7) Bible Studies:

Generations of cultural influence have infected the habits of our urban population. Lack of Biblical knowledge has robbed them of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. By encouraging reading and studying the word of God we can build and edify the spiritual foundation for generations to come.

8) Sport Leagues:

Soccer is King! This exciting sport (most popular in the world) draws people like no other event.

It is a safe and controlled environment to teach discipline, character and life skills. Yet because of the high cost of providing playing fields and organized leagues, it has become prohibitive.

Our goal is to find sponsors and organizations that will empathize with this growing need and make it a viable tool for ministry.
